Eligible Returns

Sealed, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full product refund (shipping fee excluded). Products must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received them.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please WhatsApp us at 0306 5951518 with a photo within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund - no questions asked.

Opened Products

For opened products that didn't suit your skin type or caused an adverse reaction, please WhatsApp us. We review these on a case-by-case basis. Your trust matters more to us than any single sale, and we will always try to find a fair solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, products that have been opened and used beyond a patch test cannot be returned unless they are damaged or expired. Sheet masks, lip products, and eye creams are non-returnable once opened.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are transferred via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.
