Are your products 100% original?
Absolutely. We are skin enthusiasts first and business owners second. We source directly from authorized Korean distributors and brand representatives in Seoul. Every product arrives in its original packaging, complete with security seals, batch codes, and verifiable expiry dates.
How can I verify the authenticity of my product?
You can verify most products by checking the batch code on sites like CheckFresh or by using the brand's own verification apps (like the HiddenTag app used by many Korean brands). If you ever have a doubt, WhatsApp us and we will provide you with the import documentation for your specific batch.
Why are some products marked as 'Seoul Direct'?
These are products we fly in directly from Korea in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and the latest formulations. This means you're getting the same product that a customer in Seoul would buy today.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your delivery charges?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 3,000. For orders below this amount, we charge a flat fee of Rs. 200 Pakistan-wide.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 2β4 working days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) and 4β7 working days for other regions.
Which courier services do you use?
We primarily use Leopards, TCS, and M&P to ensure your delicate glass bottles and sealed packages arrive safely and on time.
Payments & Returns
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available nationwide. Please ensure you are available to receive the call from the courier rider to avoid delivery delays.
What other payment methods do you accept?
We also accept Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash. Choosing a pre-paid method often speeds up the dispatch process as we don't need to perform a verification call.
What if the product doesn't suit my skin?
While we cannot accept returns for opened products due to hygiene reasons, we want you to be happy. If you experience an adverse reaction, please WhatsApp us. We will help you troubleshoot your routine or offer a discount on a more suitable alternative.

Yes! We offer free skincare consultations via WhatsApp. Just send us a photo of your current products and a brief description of your skin concerns (acne, dryness, etc.), and we'll help you build a routine that works.
Do you provide samples?
We try to include free samples from Korea with every order whenever available, so you can test new products before committing to a full size.
